  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.

  2. Refund Timing: Refunds typically take around 5-10 business days to be processed and reflected in your Weftkart Wallet. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider’s policies.


Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process and then placing a new order for the item you desire.
