So far so good. All of the tools seem to function properly. The first use definitely broke some coagulated cells that felt hard to the touch. all though after the first use, there was not a viable difference for me. Usually it does take 3-9 uses before you see a difference in appearance, so I will update after a few more uses.

It came ridiculously fast! Maybe 2 or 3 days? I can’t remember but I know it was quick. I guess it operates the way it’s supposed to. I haven’t owned one before so I dont have anything to compare it to. I know that because its not the same power as the ones in spas and such, that it will take more sessions to see the results that one session at a spa would take.

i received the machine was a bit skeptical. Of course the strength wont be as the commercial use machines in the spa but good enough if you keep at it consistently! I saw results right away but you have to maintain regularly and eat healthy. The customer service was great and they helped me to set up the machine with the frequency etc. Very satisfied and am recommending!
